Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a first-timer, our expert team will ensure that you have a fun and safe experience. What to expect on the day. Make sure to arrive 30 minutes before your booking. Sign in at Rye House main reception and head over to the owner's pitlane where an ADX Team members are located. Your kart will be prepared and you will be followed by an ADX team member through your entire session. A short track guide and briefing will be given before going out on track. Enjoy your track time and always be respectful to any member and other drivers on track. Please note. - Every driver is responsabile for damages when driving on track. Either been involved or casued the accident you are responsable for damages. - Bookings are subject to change based on track availability. We can only take bookings 2 weeks in advance.
Cancellation Policy
ADX Karting Experience – Booking Policy Please note that all bookings made with ADX Karting Experience are subject to change based on track availability. ADX Karting operates as an independent third party to SFI and, as such, we do not have direct control over the track’s schedule or availability. While we always strive to honour confirmed bookings, changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or updates to the track’s operating schedule. Our bookings are based on kart availability, not guaranteed track time. In the rare event that your session needs to be rescheduled, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to arrange an alternative date and time. Cancellation & Refund Policy Customer Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made with more than 72 hours’ notice will be eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your booking are non-refundable. No-Shows: No refunds or credits will be issued for missed bookings without prior notice. ADX or Track Cancellations: If your session is cancelled by ADX Karting or due to track unavailability, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
